Harwin Spacers target a variety of assembly applications. Able to sustain high performance under severe and hazardous conditions such as high mechanical load, the spacers (also knows as pillars or stands offs) are available in a multitude of standard metric lengths and are fully RoHS compliant.  The majority of the Spacer products utilise Brass with a Nickel protective plating, This ensures a cost-effective end product with respect to other materials.

  • Plastic Material: Nylon 66 UL94V-2
  • Standard lengths are available from 3 to 30mm.
  • Aluminium Spacers: supplied with a chromate conversion protective coating.

  • Available in a choice of M3, M4, M5 and M6 threaded sizes, with a variety of standard body lengths.


Locking Spacers:

Low profile Self-Lock Spacers:Low profile self-lock spacers

  • Material: Nylon 6/6 UL94v-2.
  • Recommended hole size 04.0mm.
  • Spacer design uses minimum board area.
  • Recommended PC board thickness 1.6mm.

Rigid Self-Lock Spacers:Rigid self-lock spacer

  • Spacers have wide ribs with locking fingers to provide a secure, rigid fit with extra stability.
  • Material: Nylon 6/6 UL94V-2.

Self-Lock Spacer:self lock spacer

  • Recommended hole sizes:04.00mm (upper board), 03.60mm (lower board).
  • Material: Nylon 6/6 UL94V-2.
  • Fit spacer to underside of upper board, then attach lower board to bottom of spacer with No. 6 (1/8”) screw.

Reverse Lock Spacers:reverse lock spacer

  • Material: nylon 6/6 UL94V-2
  • Recommended PC board thickness 0.5 – 1.8mm.
  • Fit spacers from underside of board.
